7.19.2008	Drum lessons for your children / beginners -female drummer!
	I recently moved to the area, and would like to open up drum lessons to the community. I would be happy to assist you or your child if you are interested in learning the drums..the full-body instrument that is the best, healthiest, most exciting, and most exercising! It is a known fact it improves posture, gets your heart pumping and just Feels good, producing endorphines and adding rhythm and structure to your life. (I am a personal trainer and psychologist too, it all goes together! :) I have 15 years drumset/percussion experience.. I perform and teach drumset all styles and ethnic percussion (middle-eastern, african). I travel all over the world performing, and in New York have performed in venues such as Town Hall and Lincoln Center. I have been teaching all ages for over five years, with a specialty in working with children and beginners. I also teach intermediate players who would like to improve their skill and technique, and learn more complicated rhythms and patterns. I can travel to your home if you own a drumset. I have a small vintage jazz Ludwig kit in my studio, which is more suitable for children to learn on. If you are interested in learning percussion, I have many percussion instruments at my studio.
